We know it takes some organising work to get a group together for Easterfest - so to say THANKS, we are offering every group organiser an exclusive invitation to meet the NEWSBOYS on the Mainstage.

 

That's right, every person who organises a group of 10 or more gets an invitation to an exclusive meet & greet on the massive Easterfest mainstage.

 

The details:

Once we have received a group booking of at least 10+, we will send you a special ticket that gives the organiser of the group exclusive backstage access on Sunday 4th April, 12 noon.  Once on the Mainstage you can mingle with the NEWSBOYS and Easterfest organisers. Light food and drinks will also be available FREE.

Easterfest offers great discounts to groups (we LOVE groups!). With so many different types of tickets we have devised a system to make group bookings easier.

10+ GROUPS

If a group of 10 people or more book 3-Day Pass tickets together (with or without camping) in one booking a 10% discount will be applied (sorry, no discounts for single day bookings).

To get your 10 people or more, you can get together a combination of the following tickets; an individual ticket (adult/child) counts as 1 person and a family (1 or 2 parents) counts as 2 people - no matter how many children aged 15 years and under are in the family.

25+ GROUPS

Get together a group of 25+ and as well as getting the 10% discount, the group leader and a friend will be given a FREE UPGRADE to GUEST status – gaining you access to the Easterfest Guest Lounge, where Easterfest artists hang out while they are at Easterfest.

40+ GROUPS

Get together a group of 40+ and your group can gain PREFERRED GROUP status. Along with the 10% discount and 2 free upgrades to Guest status, you will also be able to talk directly with an Easterfest staff member regarding your group, add extra people to your group and still get the 10% discount on the additional orders and gain access to the camp site 2 hours before the site opens (access from 10am), letting you get your group space arranged & set up before the rest of the campers arrive!

Etickets for groups are issued in one document. Group leaders are to print out and distribute tickets to individual members of their group if members with to arrive at the festival separately.
