PREMIUM TICKETS
In 2012, premium tickets provide a whole new experience of Easterfest with all sorts of exclusive benefits that will not be available without them.Premium tickets will not provide access to the festival site on their own but will only be valid in conjunction with a 3 Day Pass, Day Pass with Camping or Single Day Pass. Every 3 day pass purchased before 6pm on Wednesday 29 February will be automatically upgraded to premium status.
Upgrades from March 1 can be purchased for:

Child - $30 (16 years & under. Children 2 years & under admitted free with a paying adult.)

Family - $110 (Dad AND Mum and their own dependent children who are 16 years or younger. Medicare card or ID required as confirmation of family members.)

40+ PREFERRED GROUPS receive a FREE marquee in their reserved campsite + early access to the campsite + dedicated bin and table

HOW TO GET GROUP NUMBERS...
To get your group numbers together just get together a combination of the following tickets; an individual ticket (adult/child) counts as 1 person and a family ticket (1 or 2 parents) counts as 2 people - no matter how many children aged 16 years and under are in the family. (Medicare card or id required as confirmation of family members.)
Adult* = 1 person toward a group
Child+ = 1 person toward a group
2 Parent Family** = 2 people towards a group
Single Parent Family*** = 2 people towards a group
* Adult - 17 years and over
+ Child - 3 years to 16 years. 2 years and under free
** 2 Parent Family – Mum AND Dad and any number of their own children aged 16 years or under
*** 1 Parent Family – Mum OR Dad and any number of their own children aged 16 years or under
HOW TO PURCHASE GROUP TICKETS...
Group tickets can now be booked online to receive the 10% or 15%. Discounts will automatically be deducted when above conditions are met. Please note family passes count as two people towards a group. (See details above)
To add additional tickets to a 40+ group and receive a 15% discount, the group leader making the original booking must call the Easterfest Office.
Free tickets, Media passes or tickets not purchased within a group order cannot be counted in ‘Group Numbers’.
Group discounts are not available at the gate and close Wednesday April 4. (Booking must be made by Thursday, 5pm March 22nd to secure your marquee and any hire gear!)
Etickets for groups are issued in one document. Group leaders are to print out and distribute tickets to individual members of their group if members wish to arrive at the festival separately.
HOW TO GET FREE LEADER TICKETS...
For every 20 tickets purchased a group leader is eligible for a free ticket. A leader will have opportunity to visit a special 'Leader Lounge' where they will have access to leadership speakers and resources. Easterfest will assume a 'leader' is responsible for the group they are bringing and may text or email updates or schedule changes up to or during the festival.
To receive the FREE Leader Ticket the person purchasing tickets needs to email through the Leader Name, Email and Mobile number.
